I just noticed this coz i am supposed to be revising (so every little detail is a distraction).... anyway I have my settings set to GMT and at 17:20 my time the site is reporting that "All times are GMT. The time now is 11:20 AM."
so i think the server clock needs resetting or something as it was fine before... anyway... just thought i'd let the admin know!
