KeyBoard And Mouse Issues

i cant seem to figure this out............every time my pc shuts off my mouse will turn on as soon as i boot my computer it shuts off ive tried all the usbs and same thing every time. not a clue whats causing it ....... ne help thanks

Has it happened before with other mouses are these your first USB ones? Go into the BIOS and look around for usb keyboard and mouse and make sure they are set to enabled.

ive tried lookin around in there i can get the mouse where it will turn on now but it still wont move or nothing i was wondering if maybe reseting my bios would have any effect on it ? this is first time ive had this issue with this computer. go figure i just had it in at a tech for warranty work get it back and this is what i got to deal with lol... thanks guys i appreciate the insite keep it comin

what usb ports are you using? if you have front and back usb ports have you tried both? could be if its front they forgot to reconnect correctly. In the BIOS it should be under I/O devices or something.

Are the correct drivers installed? Does this only happen with usb? did try using a regular mouse.

hmm ill have to give that a try . i do have front and back ive tried both of them and same results so ill mess around with this some more

Enable "USB Legacy Support" in your BIOS. Maybe it helps.
