Backing up files to CD-RW or DVD-R

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any answers as to how to routinely backup specific files to a recordable media such as CD-RW. I have tried the Windows Backup Utility but it does not allow it to write to a CD-RW drive. Thanks in advance guys/gals.

there might be another way, but why not just burn your files yourself using nero or something?

We need a automated backup routine to run nightly at our office (while we arent there), so burning manually wouldnt be optimum.

if you save all of the files in one location you could probably use a macro script or something to do it at a specific time with nero it would probably take a bit of fiddling around however
