Well, first of all, Newegg has the same motherboard for $130 w/ free shipping (open box), and $190 brand new. Motherboards for Less at Newegg

And what processor should you get is kind of hard to decide without anymore details.
What will you do, and what's your price range?

But even without that info, my recommendations:

- For around $100 CPU 1
- For around $200 CPU 2
- For around $300 (I'd recommend this one the most of all of them.) CPU 3
