Well i wanna pc accelerated in sound and video quality, fast, good computer to browse net on

uhm... is it just for surfing the net, and emailing and stuff? If so you an get one o fthose for 100-500 depending on where and when.

If you need it for gaming, or video editing be prepared to take out a loan.
