.nrg files

I'm looking for a program that will recognize .nrg files and burn them to CD. I don't have Nero and am wondering if any other program can use that filetype???

how come you cant get nero? the demo should work, (i got reg stuff)

you can use www.filext.com and see there what will read it.

actually i just found an .nrg to .iso converter. thanks though.

Just curious, what is it? (that file type)

it's a nero image file. basically the same thing as an .iso but nero's version of it. i found that daemon tools worked for me because i could just mount the image without burning it to CD

yea, i had this one weird tool (lost it due to a format....sadly) it was one .exe, 2 dll's and a weird file. it would host the iso as a drive, and used almost no cpu/mem at all. was fast too, from virtual to desktop took about as much time as it would be to copy from one folder to another.

yea i think i know what you're talking about, i tried that but couldnt get it work on my pc, hence the daemon tools
