Event 10005 Error

cut n paste from event description:
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service usnjsvc with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{98AC5C33-EE18-4EC2-BE25-3B16EE8F75F1}

i run a seach in regedit, the key directed me into several match, all of them related to:
MSN USNSVC
C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\usnsvc.exe

Simple. Professor Oak had this problem in his lab and all you need to is save and restart and you should be fine.
