Starting a program with windows?

Hi, i need to make a program start up when the pc does(load with windows). i was thinking of adding it to msconfig's startup tab but dont know how. its a program called ControlMK from Redcl0ud for my xbox controller to control the pc (mouse, wmp, ff, prety much a mouse, and a few buttons from the keyboard)

any help would be greatly appreicated, when i start up the pc, i have to hit the windows key, then programs etc... to start it up, so i can have some sort of mouse control (i got a ps/2 ball mouse, but it dosent move up and down )

put the shortcut in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder

it does. I put azureus in mine so it will automatically load with windows

yea cool, im gonna build my htpc and its not gonna have no kb or mouse, so im gonna do this for it too(use a xbox remote as the pc controller / media controller / mouse(using the pov)
