DVD capture

What program would be needed to do real time capture from a DVD? I'm wanting to take say 30 seconds to a minute of video from a chapter of a DVD, then convert it to either Quicktime or RealMedia to stream from our website.

Any suggestions?

Really I'm looking more for a software solution. I'd like to be able to capture directly from my DVD drive. I really don't want to have a bunch of external equipment connected.

what you want can be done with DVDx2.2 which is freeware. you should be able to specify your encoder and decoders as long as you have them installed. i've converted DVD format to DiVX before and I'm sure they allow any encoder (WMA, QuickTime), you just plug it into their output settings menu. read there manual or help files. there are some help with it at dvdrhelp.com
