With SP2 and IE7, Windows is unbearable for me with 512MB of RAM. If you can't afford it, you can make do with 512MB, though I would recommend an upgrade at your earliest convenience.

If your board IS an ASUS K8V-MX, then all the parts I have recently listed will work.

Thanks again!! Was asking if there was a site or somthing that told you if parts were compatible. Then I wouldn't have to bug people to find out thanks alot!!!

You could go to the ASUS site and look up that mobo to get information on it.
