overclocking ECS RC410L/800-M 2.0 Socket T

ok so i have an ECS RC410L/800-M 2.0 Socket T and i was told it had not much but some overclocking abilities but when i go into bios it won't let me do anything not even move up and down to select fsb it just says disabled...any one have any ideas?

so no one can help? i looked at my manual and my bios looks nothing like the bios it shows. i do not have half the option it says i should

there might be a jumper on your mobo.......
or maybe you just cant overclock on that motherboard. and just out of curiosity what processor are you using?
