Hi, How do I get rid of directX 9.0 to go back to 7.0? When I do directX test it says card won't support over 8.0. WIN98 system. I have a couple games that freeze up the PC and want to go back to 7.0 and see if it fixes the problem. TomW

I think I need a new video card. Its a intel740 and they don't have any support or updated stuff for it anymore. The book that came with it when we got the PC says it is set up for directX 5 and talks more about WIN95 than 98, So it was probably almost out of date when Pionex put it in this PC. TomW
