The hiper should fit. About that other power supply. I've never heard of the brand, but it looks ok. It's just that I prefer known brands.

ok if you are fine with your psu right now you dont need to upgrade yet. almost all fans have pass through connectors. which means that it does not take another molex plug. as for lights i would reccomend some led case fans and get some cold cathode lights from newegg.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16800888070

I've had those in my old PC, they are very bright. One more thing you need to keep in mind is that the on/off switch needs to take an empty card slot; so make sure there is at least one open space in your case.

And the 4 pin molex connector is a pass through, so it wont need dedicated power from the PSU, just run it through the hard drive power cable.
