Advice on PC Parts

Ok, Im looking at making and selling pcs to my friends or well, people who want pcs
So last night I knocked up a quick price sheet in excel;

And I want a second opinion on the parts for each section; Extreme Gaming and Budget.
This would be really helpful as I did the whole thing really quickly and im looking at making the Extreme one slightly more extreme and the Budget one more budget but keeping system reliability and low price for both.

Added AMD Option for Extreme and Gaming.

Still need a hardware expert to go over it and recomend others.
