computer restarts everytime when i try to play radio from winamp., preview movies.etc

so like i said.. the computer restarts itself after i try to have a video conference thru skype, preview videos in LimeWire... and when i try to use the ShoutCast radio in winamp...

i built it last year.. athlon64 3200, 2x512, GF6600gt...

i started having this problem recently..after i formatted and installed a fresh copy of windows... i installed it on 2 machines... on the other one it works fine..
