P4M80-M7 A POST Problems

I have a Pentium D 840 Computer with a P4M80-M7 A (Yes I know it sucks) mainboard, 80 GB SATA, 768 MB Ram DDR1, and Ati Radeon 9800 Pro Video Card. I computer is in the basement. One day, I wanted to bring it upstairs to my room to use it. It worked fine. Then, I brought it downstairs again and then it couldn't get past POST! Please help me I tried rebuilding my computer but it still won't get past post. There is nothing on my monitor and it always resets with the clicks.

hmm, get a can of air or something blow out all the slots (where RAM and cards go) and then try resetting the BIOS, just pop out the battery for a minute or two then hold the power button in for atleast 15 seconds and reinsert the battery. Then power back on and see of anything happens.
