I've been having problems with deleting files off dvd-/+rw cds. When I try and delete a file it says they're read-only, so therefore I right click the thing I want to delete and uncheck the read-only box, but it either says no access or it does do it but when I click delete the problem comes back.

Can anyone help or give me any programs [free or having to pay]

Thank you

Note: I'm on admin acct when doing this if it matters

Sorry I'm kind of not very technical. How do you do that?
You can't delete files off of a CDRW through Windows Explore without special software installed. Even though its a CDRW, Windows treats it like a CD and thinks it's read only (even though you uncheck the box)

You need to install something like "Direct CD" that integrates into Explorer and allows you to drag and drop files to a CD like it was a regular drive.

I'm not sure if it will let you delete the files. Usually you have to use the CD burner program to manually delete the files.
