Motherboard Starts... Fans, LCD, wont.

I'm using an Intel D975XBX Mainboard, 500 Wat Antec power supply, Core 2 Duo 2.40 Ghz E6600. I have 2 Gigs DDR2, 533 Mhz. I have a Radeon X1600 512MB an and X-Fi Sound Card. I'm using a Sont DVD+R Drive, and a Seagate 320MB Sata Drive.

I booted the computer for the first time and I notice the motherboards lights start but no fan in the case will... Not even the power supplies fan. I changed the Cmos Battery trying to fix the problem and it wouldn't work.

Sounds like dead power supply since theres no fans running
even tho u see the led lights on the mobo light up doesnt necessarly mean the power supply is functional

try borrowing a 24 pin PS from someone and see if it continues to give u this issue
