Windows XP Pro in DUTCH!

My Windows XP Professional has got installed in dutch when I got the PC. How can I change the language back to English? I have had a look at language packs but can find them for every language but english. I can't reinstall windows as I don't have the disk.

Check in Control Panel>Regional and Language Options (it's the icon with a globe)

I'm looking at the computers at work running XP Pro and they have that option. I think home users can't have this or it isn't supply for retail or home license. You need the muisetup.exe file MUI (Multi User Interface). I've just check here

Ok update, I don't know much about this MUI stuff, but I'm trying to figure out how you'll be able to get it from Dutch to English. I check some directory on the XP machine and there's the muisetup.exe file is located in c:\Windows\mui
