buying cpu cooler

hi guys,
i know ive asked this q's over and over again, but i just dont know what cpu fan/heatsink i should buy, my psu is a tagan 2force series that runs at 21Db, so my fan heatsink should run same or bit lower. if anyone can help me il be much appreciated. i would be buying it from

See if you can find a Freezer 64 Pro,They work good and are pretty silent.

this post is relevant to my question so i'll ask, I have an Opty 144 and was thinking abotu getting a Freezer 64. My temps idol in at abotu 35 and hit abtou 42-45 under load, how much would a Freezer 64 cool it down?
