Is this laptop deal too good to be true?

Ya i actually saw that on sunday. That's what made me start looking for cheap budget laptops lol. I live in the Bay Area, California and i saw it at my walmart. It was 398, just liek online. I'm just going to wait til after thanksgiving, since they usually ahve good deals the day after. I remember last year my friend got lots of stuff for cheap on the day after thanksgiving sale.

Best bet would to be lookin' on eBay, I bought a toughbook off of eBay for like $150, and it's better than the first comp's specs you provided...
