Changing User Name for Windows

As you know, when you make an account all documents are filed with your username, like this, where "xxxxxxx" is the screenname:

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/xxxxxxx/Desktop/etc.

I know that you can manually change your account name, but is there any way you can change the "xxxxxxx" way your account is displayed without screwing up how all your files are linked?

As stated before, I suck with computers.

yes. create another account with the name you want, transfer ur files and settings, and delete the account you dont want(in the new accound of course)
