laptop is crashing, need to save files and reformat. but the owner lost the driver cd's. is there any program that saves all the drivers and makes it easy to reinstall on a fresh installation of windows. if not, do i have to look thru the computer's hardware and find each driver individually? please help.

Right click on the My Computer Icon. Click on Properties. From there click the Hardware tab then click Device Manager. This will tell you all the hardware that is installed. Just go to the manufacturer's website and download the drivers. Burn then to disc and you will be all set ready for a install.
