remote isntalling office 2003

i've been trying to install office 2003 on an XP machine using GPO.
i've installed resource kit on the server and created tranform as well. when i set the package in GPO and restart the XP, the following event ID logs. i've given permission to the XP, office folder on the server is shared and published. i just can't figure out waht i can do now...

Make sure the office files are shared and link to the OU for the computers you want to install it on. Also check the permission on the share.
