well i can get

3ghz
geforce 7600 pci-e
and a new motherboard called Asus P5GPL-X

that will cost 300 uk pounds

I know you can't order from this site, but I compared the prices of the parts you listed and came up with this:

It'll be a little more than the parts you chose. I picked a different mobo and CPU so that you would have a Core 2 Duo CPU, which blows away P4s.
