Building new Comp.. 500$ - 700$

I plan to build computer for my friend.
He doesn't game a lot and will use his new computer for home use, internet and such..

But he do game some time.
He usually play things like Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator and IL2 Sturmovik
So.. probably no need to such good video card.

Money.. Some thing like 500$ to 700$

just computer box.. no keyboard or other ****.

what would you recommend?

I know its include PSU.. so not so good. but the case itself looks nice..

But with PSU is cheaper with rebate, so just buy it and sell the Raidmax PSU.
