I am trying to find a way to disable or block user access to Folder Options. I don't want people changing the hidden folder option. This will be mostly in WinXP PCs.

Set this group policy:

"Removes the Folder Options item from all Windows Explorer menus and removes the Folder Options item from Control Panel. As a result, users cannot use the Folder Options dialog box."

Thank you. That worked and it is blocked for users through Active Directory.
