did u play around with the password pin jumper and all that?

is it a strong password? if not then just use something like john the ripper to dictionary attack it. you'll need to extract the sam first, use a linux live cd or something.

That would be for a BIOS passowrd, not a Windows account.

Thats cool, but if you reset the password you will lose any EFS encrypted data on that account. Just to warn you.
