HP Restore Disk

Hey Guys, My friend downloaded a virus on my computer and i was wondering what the process for restoring it is. It is an HP that i purchased over a year ago. I dont have the restore disk that came with the computer either. Is there any hope for me and my laptop? Thanks in advance.

You can buy a restore disk from www.hp.com. If you look in your manual it will tell you push f10 and it goes into the sytem recovery console. Not sure what key it is.
