I have a Philips 22" monitor and a 6800XT video card. Now things have been going well for the last month or so, but recently the monitor will start to flash from black screen to normal screen. And it will stay black for a couple minutes to a few seconds, and sometimes the monitor will just enter into a sleep mode type phase where when I try to turn it back on it will say " No signal input from input A" Which I have no idea what that means. I have to turn off my computer all the way for about 30 seconds before I can turn it back on and get the image on the monitor. The Flashing from normal screen to black screen seems to happen after about 25-30 minutes of on time.
Now my question is, would that be my video card or my monitor causing this problem and how would you fix it?
