New Outlook mail comming in as "Read"

Some of my user's New Oulook mail is comming in as "Read"

They will be Bolded and quickly becomes unbolded without being opened as if they are already "Read"

These users also have BlackBerrys and I think that is the cuase of the problem but unable to troubleshoot the problem.

Can someone help me out? Thanks

Well what are there settings on the BB?

There is a setting in Outlook in the preview section that will show mail as read after "x" seconds. This can be changed to whatever you like. I can't rememebr exactly where the setting is right now, and since I am at work where we HAVE to use Lotus, I can't track it down. But it is there.

Warez: I'll get you the specs once the BB user gets in.

As for as the Reading Pane config goes, its not it. The new bolded mail are all getting unbolded (simultaneously) without the user having to pan over the new mail...

Very mind boggling...
