Good CPU fan

Long and short is that the processor is an AMD Athlon 4400 dual core. Overclocking is highly probable. What is the best possible CPU fan for me to get?

I do not want another processor or another build... so please no suggestions to get a better processor. Thanks.

How about good RAM, any ideas? I was thinking about that OCZ platinum, but I remember that from long ago...

unless you are goig to OC like crazy and NEED something that will handle it, then I would suggest some ram like that... but if you are not worried about "bragging rights" or wanting to push it that much... then your ram you have will be good until you upgrade...

Zalman cnps 9500. I've got that and it lowered my cpu temp to 35 c
