Acer laptop recovery disks

The bios has nothing to do with the hard drive. I honestly can't think of why your discs won't work, it's pretty straightforward...
This is why I don't like Acer: the quality just isn't there.

perhaps the harddrive is formatted incorectly. with the acer bios your harddrive needs to be in fat rather than ntfs. this might prevent the bios to reckognize the acer recovery disks, because in order for them to work they need to be used in a computer with an acrer bios

I did install windows with ntfs not fat so im doing that now, i still dont understand how that has anything to do with the recovery disks though. Doin it now , will keep you updated.

Yea

so fat32 is installed and it still doesnt work.... Who knows im calling acer 2morrow. the messed up part is i wouldnt care except my 4502 LMI isnt on their website so im lost as to where i can find what's installed so i can dl the drivers.
