2k Laptop......

K, I wanna spend around 2k for a laptop. I'm deciding between Dell and HP. What are your opinions?

I want it for work and gaming. I also like the idea of surfing from my bed. lol I've become lazy I guess.

i was looking at cyber power pc and they have some nice laptops

I did a little more digging and it seems that HP laptops are favored over Dell. The configuration Im looking to get is about the same price for either of them. Guess I'll go HP.

Try Alienware.

I'm not sure what they have to offer for $2000, but I know they have some pretty good laptops.

Dell xps' are actually good in my opinion, even though i hate dell

but if u really want a good comercial gaming comp, i like alienware

any of them are awsome, the Aurora 9700 is the first SLI notebook! get that if u game alot, if u still game but dont want to spend the $ on the SLI go to the Area-51 that thing is really fast, they have core2duos in them

Get the HP, it's cheaper, and you can a 512mb Go 7600 in it. An Area 51 Notebook that I looked at was several hundred dollars more.

You can get a higher processor speed on the Alienware. It really comes down to whether or not you want to spend a few hundred dollars more on the Alienware
