I am also trying to build this rig for about 500 to 600 maybe 700 i dont need a mouse or a keyboard and i have a monitor

I have a pentium d 805 which i wanna keep so i can oc it to 4.1 (yes it is the right model)

I will be using this for gaming and i use it alot

Im hoping the case will be on the quiet end and it will be flashy

I think you left about 90% of your post out...or responded to something not there, hehe

BUT, I doubt you can stay too quiet if you're going to OC. COULD...depending Water cool, then get some nice large slow fans...and sound dampen your case.

What else ya got? and what else do you need...ie., like how many drives and of what type

I'm not entirely familiar with nvidia gpus atm...so keep that in mind

I kno the oc wont be quiet but as quiet as possible

What i need:

Hard drive (300+ pref. SATA)
Mobo (something for the pentium d 805) (that would also be good for future chips if possible)
Graphics card (256+ SLI capable)
memory (1gig or more (pref. more)
just dvd-rom
Case (something that looks cool and keep it as cold as possible)
PSU (hopefully SLI capable)

I am gonna stay with my pentium d 805 cpu

Tigerdirect has a deal for like 550$ shipped you get a decent system and theres like 200$ in rebates. I dont think they have it anymore though.
