two rundll32???

everytime i turn on my computer(Window Me), i alt-ctrl-del, and i see 2 rundll32!!! if i alt-ctrl-del one rundll32 and left another one, it seems like my computer is running faster? why?

B) Do you have a virus scanner, if so, update your definitions and run a thorough scan.

well..........of course i hav virus scanner and of course i scan it all the way.....i know stuffs!

any1, any advice or ideas to fix this crap?
