X1900XT Super Underclocked!!

It will only overclock to the minimum o/c value for c.c.c. IF c.c.c. is running. - So if c.c.c is not on it runs at stock, as its not being told to run faster.
I wandered about this myself.... but founf this to be true by playing FEAR for a few hours with the c.c.c. switched off... then opening it and very quickly checking the temp... it was in mid 50's... (usually when its overclocked it goes into the 70's.)
Another way of telling is running the "test graphics setup" in FEAR. You should see a significant drop in frame rate when the c.c.c. is not running... as the card is not overclocked.
I think what i've said is correct. But if im wrong im always interested to learn what mistake i made.

That cant be right because surely if you turn off CCC then the gfx card will go to stock clocks because theres nothing telling it to go lower.
Anyway i tried with GRAW and its exactly the same fps as before no difference

guys.....it's in 2D mode hence the low clocks.
