How should I arrange my fans?

Heres my setup.

(2) 80 mm Front- Blowing Inward.

(1) 120 mm Back - Blowing Outward

(1) 80 mm Side

(1) 92 mm Side


And my Zalman 7700 (120 mm) is blowing down towards the CPU. Should I change anything? And how should the Side Fans be arranged, blowing IN our OUT? Thanks.

The side fans should be blowing in, and the front and back should be how they are now.
