Upgrading a bit.

Im thinking about upgrading some parts of my comp, dont know whats worth upgrading the most.

setup:

Antec case /w 350w PSU.
ASUS a8n-sli mobo
eVGA 6600gt 128mb video card
1gb corsair ram
250gb seagate HD
AMD 64 3700+ cpu


now, i want to know whats would be the most worthwhile pieces to upgrade.
