How do I turn of this clicking sound?

I downloaded some AntiSpyware program that works with Internet Explorer. I forgot what program it is. But that’s irrelevant anyway. But ever sense I downloaded the program I hear a “click” when I click anything in IE. How do I turn this lick off?

The first thing I do after installing Windows is turn off all sounds (select no sound sound-scheme).
