Yeah, dell isnt bad with tech support. If you've got the money get a dell. If your gaming get a good video card (ask around before you decide) , make sure of that. Most people make that mistake of not getting a good one then there screwed.

i would get this laptop but i just don have the money rite now :(.
if you get it make sure you upgrade to the core 2 duo proc and upgrade to the dvd burner.
