Heya, I'm trying to throw together (well, carefully place together) a high quality gaming PC, but I'm not very sure on what to get. Was wondering if anyone could guide me in the right direction, or give me a site that could help me with the new stuff that's coming out/high quality gear of today. I'm just starting my trek into PCs after a while with macs, so I'm a noob :p Thanks!

Sweet, thanks. What about processors? Intel or AMD? I was thinking about waiting til the Intel Quad Cores came out in December/January area...but I still want some opinions :)

YOU will not need a quad core cpu. the only people that need one of those are media people such as graphic designers and music editors. And, people who are crunches numbers all day.

I guess if you want to improve the size of your e-peanis, then go ahead.

Stick with the core 2.
