cd rom drive problem

i have already determined the problem with my cdrom drive on my laptop, but i cannot take apart the laptop in order to fix it;
the bottom piece will not come off, i can access my ram slots but thats about it.

its a eurocom 2700.

I think you should call the manufacture and ask them what to do. they'll give you definite answer of what kind of replacement you should get and how to do it.
