Installation Error

I am having trouble with an installation package. Everytime I try to open the setup.exe, I recieve this error:

"The installation package could not be opened, verify blah blah blah"

I have tried everything I can think of....any suggestions?

its probably something wrong with the installer

but as

subdivizion pointed out we need to know what

blah blah blah is

Actually the blah, blah, blah, is irrelavent. Simply,

"Check with your vendor to ensure this is an actual Windows
Installer...."

Like I said, "blah, blah, blah" Of course its is an actual Windows, MSI.....trouble is, I think it might be corupted...just don't know how.
