problem with log off??? plz help me

I have recently a problem with logging off? whan I wanna log off, a message occured with a vague language, like that(ǡüǁ ǡ) and when I click ok. the pc logging off normally, I wanna know the reason of this message, and why it appeared,

the problem still working, but this time when I try to log off, I see that.
C:\windows\system32\crypt32.dll
and behind it the vague language! I wanna post a screenshot but I cant do it in log off.

observation: this file (crypt32.dll) does exist in the system32.

im having similar issues as well. i dont get the popups. i just cant log off. there are times when it will but most of the time it's like it ignores the command. ive tried:

-ctrl+alt+del
-logoff from start menu

the onlything that works is reboot.
