This card should do you good. I don't know if it is still the best AGP card, but it was not long ago. Regardless it fills your criterium and performs quite well.

that was the best i saw too. If you don't want to throw down that much, a 7600Gs would be a great compromise.

This would be a much better card then a 7600gs In a decent system it will play any game out today. (I have one its great)
