problem with PCI

I tried to install a PCI card on my new Acer computer.

I have no problems at all with my USB card, but when I try my Wireless-B card, it doesn't recognize it at all...

I looked in Device Manager, everything is installed, and I tried "Add New Hardware, and it can't find it.

Is this because my PSU isn't powerful enough? Because the Wireless card is powered, the computer just can't recognize it...

Any help?
