Would this cooler fit on a E6300?

I was wondering if this socket 775 cooler would fit on Core 2 Duo E6300. Anyone know?

Ah, you're right, I should've checked the user reviews at Newegg! I just posted the link to show the cooler, didn't really look at the page.
Difficult to install? Bah, where would be the fun if it were easy .

It's just inherent that 775 heatsinks are a ***** to install.

My advice is that whatever you do, avoid the ones that use the push-pin mounts (like the stock one does). You'll most certainly have to take off the motherboard.

Yeah, they are a hassle had to put a mid-range Spire cooler on my E6300 was a hassle...

thats why the E6400 is worth getting, u can overclock it real high with its stock cooler, with the E6300 u end up paying alot of $ for a cooler
