If the problems still going on, i think tat ur adapters are spoil or ur windows got problems.Maybe when u install ur windows, the file is being corrpted..BUt this is What i think..not a fact...
To uninstall it you don't have to go and view your Network Connections. Right click on My Computer, click Properties. Go to the Hardware tab and click Device Manager. It'll be under Network Adapters.
This is where you should go once your there just right click the network adapter click delete. Restart the computer and windows should automatically discover it again and reinstall the drivers. If it does not reinstall the drivers download them from dell and manually install it.
