Active Window Visibility, (Idea)

Hey Guys,

I was just thinking, it would be really great if my active window was more highlighted if you know what I mean. So, when I, for example, am browsing the internet, all my background, task bar etc would be more faded, or dark.

So, basically, the active window is bright, and the rest of the screen is dark....?! I hope you can understand what I am trying to say..!

If anyone knows of any programs that do this, or thinks it would be a good idea for someone to try, that would be great!

Windows Blinds "may" be able to do it. But having not used it to much extent so I can't say for certain. Google and try it out.

Yes, so basically, I would like it, if the active window was almost illuminated, and the background dark.... I think you know what I mean, so it stands out, and you have no distractions.....?!
